Gartner is one of the largest road transport companies in Austria. Their development can also be seen internationally with 3900 employees, 19 locations in 8 countries.
CHALLENGES
Thanks to the driver shortage all over Europe, just like almost all transport companies, Gartner struggled with one of the most common problems, which is finding enough drivers.
TARGET

SOLUTION
We showed them how we can engage and qualify applicants online. It turned out that major job boards with Facebook appearance directed to high converting landing pages would be the best recruitment funnel for acquiring new driver applications.
IMPLEMENTATION
Our team has started the cooperation with understanding the ideal driver persona and the position itself, in order to be able to make it attractive for new divers. As the second step, we have built 2 high-converting landing pages with the necessary qualification questions so that we could qualify the application before the first contact and save time for recruiters. As the final step, all we had to do together was post the job on the biggest driver-specific job board and different Facebook groups.
RESULTS
The campaign resulted in 706 applications within 5 months.
